Largely Compliant.  San Marino has put in place a sound organisational process allowing to handle inbound EOI request timely. Nevertheless, this system has not been sufficiently tested in practice.  San Marino is recommended to monitor its resources and procedures so that its competent authority continues to provide complete and quality information to its partners in time.
